ZIPUP CEILING® AND UNDERDECK®
ZipUP Ceiling® UnderDeck® is a unique underdeck finish that provides a dry, usable, outdoor space. Unlike other solutions, it can be installed AFTER a deck install, which is great if you have a deck in great condition but want to use or enhance the space underneath. Any water from above channels through down to the gutter system via water-locked panels, which can be easily removed or replaced for access or cleaning. With ZipUp, you get an underdeck drainage system and a finished deck ceiling in one product, and this system is fully compatible with lighting as well!
TREX RAIN ESCAPE
Trex RainEscape is a tried and proven underdeck drainage system. It reliably funnels water away and into a gutter system of your choice. It is installed underneath your deck boards, and has the added benefit of protecting your wood joists from water exposure, expanding the life of your deck significantly! It seals so reliably that you can run wiring for soffit lighting, ceiling fans, or any other electrical amenities. You can then leave the underside unfinished, or build a custom ceiling finish.
